safer jis ki na manzil ho
thakan hi jis ka haasil ho
musaafir thak k bilaakhir
wo rastey chorr dete hain
sukoon barbaad hota hai
ye dil nashaad hota hai
bazaahir kuch nahin kehte
khamoshi se
saleeqey se
sanbhal ker toot jaate hain
baseraa ker nahin sakte
kisi k dil main ja armaan
thakey panchi ki soorat phir
ye waapis lout jaate hain
phir un ko laakh bulwaao
kiye apne pe pachtaao
mager ye roothne wale
kabhi waapis nahin aate
khayalon k safer main ye
sada pehchaan lete hain
sabhi kuch jaan lete hain
khata ko bhool jane ki
dilon main thaan lete hain
mager waapis nahin aate
