Though aficionado of shahaab,I have some reservations on his classic work.
We,humans are inherently prone to mistake and sin,but shahaab, as discussed by he himself, has never committed any mistake or sin.there is no need of philosophical context,just think of yourself, don't you have any kind of episode in your life,which you want to hide from others.shahaab said that this book is depicting his life as his life will be judged on doomsday.

By comparison, it seems that jean Jacques Rousseau and shahaab led dramatically similar childhood. A single glance over first chapter of confessions by Rousseau will suffice purpose.
