Sir that would be another big headache for the moderators..because it is sure to be used and 'mis'-used frequently.The mods would have a very time consuming task checking such requests every day.

besides a reason given by hamza, i think, unlike other public forums, there is no need of such reporting thingy as mods on this forum are quite active and alert all the times.. they themselves catch every abuse, not letting it go unnoticed, and then act accordingly taking appropriate action; so i guess there's no need of reporting it by anyone else..
