You may not hire tutors at once. Give the high achievers badges and a little of responsibility so that everyone knows whom to turn to in the time of need.
We cannot force anyone, and we will not.
As for 'will they agree to it?', I think yes. Most of the CSPs who have had good time here, will want to payback, speaking morally.
Hate to say this, but most of them will not WANT to pay back. They come, they get and they leave.
(Some even would wish moderatorship!) Ask them. Theory says it, they should be obliged. For it is a noble cause, and they are noble people.
Hold on. Keep this moderatorship thing aside. It is not for them. Its a full time responsibility.
Well you will do it, if not overburdened already. Even if you have entrenched commitments you will find sometime if the members asked you something from the past papers. For example, if I asked you to check my sentences I made of idioms, you can tell me to go back and make another. You know what I will learn? Much!
In case I do so. But I am not available for any such stuff. I cannot bind myself. You people have no idea how tough it is for me to manage my routine and do all my work in 24 hours. I sleep only for 4-5 hours. Besides, I dont want to serve this forum for monetary purposes. It will devoid me of self satisfaction. I am a free soul and I serve the way I like.
There is a little misunderstanding in the scope. This is the 'run' phase you are suggesting. This project will not bloom at once. There will be a constant and active design process along the way. Besides my plan vary, I'll explain.
Even if we adopt a "crawl" strategy, let me assure you, we are not going to spend even a penny.

Frankly speaking, I am not going to stay here for a lifetime. I will leave one day, and so shall other mods. Admins are least interested in any such business. So who is going to take care of all this?
Please elaborate the above underline statements... : )
it means more clicks, more visitors hence more revenue for the site from adsense and brands like adsense/adchoices etc
I am not pro at this but this is what I can extract from the underline statements.

PS correct me if I am wrong.

@ Supermoderator: A comparison with the popular opinion as I have learned sounds it a next generation project. Besides, I was not aware of the harsh realities you just divulged. My suggested plan cannot burgeon within such a matrix. There is a genuine need but it cannot be catered because it demands too many things. Please, let go of it.

For the satisfaction of the respected member, can't we have a poll? To end the discussion in a more 'Democratic' way...

Regards

hey plz don't make it a paid forum .
all the members on this forum are good teachers and mentor and guide for each other .those who want to get guidance from "professional" teachers then there are many institutes for css ,they can seek admission there .There is no point of making this forum as paid forum ,don't breach aspirants on the basis paid unpaid .

Roha is a lady. :pp

@All

We have no intention to make it a paid and private forum. We believe in spreading information and knowledge free of cost to everyone without any discrimination. I knew the fate of this thread already. I just allowed the initiator to hold the discussion for his satisfaction because if we decline or reject the request or suggestion in our first reply, they feel like we do not give them space to have their say.

Stay blessed.

LI sis one important suggestion:

Those members who are using cssforum and become csps then they should denote atleast their first salary to you...I mean, every year there will be atleast 20 csps of this forum so they should denote 20* 30,000= 6 lack aprox a year...

and that money should be denoted/given to you especially as a tribute because you are doing such a great cause and sparing your precious time with us... This money is nothing as compared to your contribution for the cssforum...

This is feasible... : )

p.s: mere tho irada hae dene ka par agar csp bana tho... :p
