May be you were trying to start a new thread before reaching 10 posts and that's why you were unable to post. However, you have plenty of posts in other threads to know that you can post replies but not threads.

You have chain-posted in other threads to reach post count of 10. Please avoid it, those chain posts will be merged into one reply and hence your post count will decrease. Participate in different threads and discussion to increase your number of posts and after 10 posts you will be able to start new threads along with links. Do read and follow Forum Rules.
