what ever is true write in it because they are going to scrutinize each candidate eligible for interview so any thing which lead to misrepresent ion could be harmful for selection...

i haven\t mention my experience in first form but now i am going to mention it.....

well please tell about that experience certificate is not required in this post of A.D. so if one has written previous job details, then is it required to attach previous job experience certificate. As it is written " if applicable".
