Default Confusion about merit and quota list
My name is in the Merit list for D.Ad post, but merit seats are only 4. does this mean that candidates in the merit list will compete only for these 4 seats or if they do not qualify for these 4 seats then they will be included in provincial quota?

they will be included into the provincial quota, if they are not on cut off of merit seats,
