Three candidates from Punjab have not joined yet: Muhammad Majid Altaf, Muhammad Amlish Gaffar and Qasim Ali Khan

Well,
This is NAB.
Still around 14 DAD seats are empty and they did not have a second list.
For them Candidates money (which we gave to nts) is nothing. As candidates are very rich. This is the thinking of NAB.

Even if 14 more candidates could also be selected atleast, but now they will anounce these seats next time and again candidates will loose their money.
Pitty on such organizations which do not keep 2nd or 3rd list .
In these cases Govt. College and University are good . Atleast they give 3 or more merit lists when previous list candidates do not join the study programs.
