Since it was not known to me that a person who got cnic in karachi can be of Balochistan by Domicile. Hence the rule I had in mind regarding the domicile is not correct.

1.I have done M.Sc economics. It is mentioned on my degree that masters in Economics.Do i need specialization certificate?
2.what is totoal duration of test and how many question will be asked?

the rule you have in "your mind" is correct. only us local certificate holders can study anywhere, get CNIC made from anywhere and still have the local certificate. i am an indigenous local of balochistan.on the contrary a domicile holder needs to have done metric/inter from balochistan and a CNIC made from anywhere else means they gave up their domicile.

Who told you that? I know people who have a domicile of Balochistan but cnic of Karachi...They are even educated in Karachi....If your father has a domicile of the province then nobody can stop you from having one for your self as well...or else just own a property in the province and one can apply for a domicile....

Well, I am not discussing the advantages or disadvantages of having or not having domicile of one province or the other. All I meant was my own interpretation of the provincial domicile based on the first digit of CNIC. That's it.

i know by word of mouth. i tried to look for it online but didn't find the ruling. i'll request it from the balochistan assembly, because that's an important piece of document.

since it isn't clear the domicile of balochistan and sindh are mis used to get into quota related jobs. im pretty sure of what i have stated is correct.
