Well, I personally believe that calling top 15% might seem logical but calling people above 70 marks does not seems practicable.

Because I believe hardly a few people scored above 70, at least in AD. Majority was in late 60s. Furthermore, the merit would differ from one province to another. Well, if it has to finish by 15 Oct, then I believe its hardly next week when situation would clear.

So chill guys. All izz Well

This time NAB has used 5 means to convey the last reminder to the candidates who have not yet submitted complete documents. NAB Website, NTS Website, SMS, Phone calls from bureau and mails at candidates residences, which I received from CORPORATE COURIER SERVICES late in evening today. This implies they are not willing to lose candidates with incomplete documents. I at least infer that they are shortlisted for interviews. BEST OF LUCK to all those whose documents are incomplete as they are being communicated with every possible means NAB could utilise. I hope nobody is oblivious to this important reminder..

well i did nt get any call letter from NAB bt i contacted a friend of mine who is serving in NAB as AD for last 5 years or so. He told me three things.

1. Selection will base upon written result only and psychological is only relevant for suitability clause. So all those lucky who have escaped from suitability clause will be eligible for competition.

2. Academic record will not also be considered and only determination for final merit list will be written result.

3. Since meritarian criteria is written test only therefore only those persons who scored at least 70% marks in written test will be issued call letters as only 15% of written qualifiers going to b called for intw.

Keeping in mind above mentioned criteria i have reached my destination as my marks are below 70 in written, therefore m out of race.
If the sole criterion for the preparation of the merit list is the written list only and academic record will not be considered at all, then I am afraid this is inconsistent with some conditions laid out in the advertisement by NAB.
