Also, a person who uses bribery for getting job never declares this openly. He always hides this act to prove himself capable worthy of getting that job. Atleast if I were at his place, I will never tell anyone the truth that I have paid the hefty amount as bribe to get into NAB.

Friends I am competing for Jio from KP. I need some suggestions from you. I have been preparing for css/pms since March April this year. I want to appear in CE 2013. If I am selected as jio, is it possible for me to appear in exam during training? And also is it wise to give exam during training?

It is more than a year old dear and nothing has been heard about this case. it means it was nnot credible to listen or has no significance so we should not pay head to it as there are mamany things to worry abouy the process already.

first thing, if U do think that U are prepared enough that U can spare next few months without preparing only than try to appear, because training will take some time out of you, but my sincere advice to you will be concentrate on a single thing, CSS isnt a joke and neither is NAB , u knw better than me

There are two solutions for your problem.
1- If you want an opinion based upon rules and regulations than you won't be permitted to appear in CSS exam till the completion of training. There should be a service bond devised by NAB for two to three years service after training. Once you completed the service period, you will be eligible to apply for NOC/departmental permission. If you want NOC during bond period or in case of quitting the job, you will submit in writing that you'll payback all the expenditures incurred on your training including other expenses. In simple words, forget NOC. Bypassing above will put you up into litigation or departmental action.

2- Rules and regulations for powerful people are much more flexible and different in Pakistan. The term powerful contains many characteristics. e.g Strong financial background, Strong nerves, Strong political, bureaucratic or personal relations etc. One should have a few qualities to come into above mentioned category. People of that kind join the organization, become absent or avail leave for one or another reason, appear in css exam, throw out the resignation and disappear. They use their skills i.e. power to tackle the issues.
Now, it is up to you. I mean you have to decide, what you are, before taking any decision.

I am planning to appear in CE-2014 Let suppose I am selected in NAB for AD position. do you think I should go for it considering it will not effect my preparation for CE? I mean i know it will be hard
