If these failure candidates can unite and take stay from court then why can't we (successful candidates) be unite and file a petition against that stay?

Now I really admire and appreciate NTS for screening out mentally ill candidates thru Psycho test. These failures have proved themselves psychologically UNFIT by his stay order. They are not willing to accept that they have shortcomings which they need to overcome by working harder and try again. If they have this childish mentality then I am sure they can never clear any psychological test. They are just crying over spilled milk.

Sir I am afraid this is very dangerous petition. We have only 2% of the chance for this job. Now see: 1 petition is of NAB employees, 1 petition is of failures, NAC bill is also going to be passed next month that will blight entire NAB as organization. NAB has proved a very weak organization that it has not been able vacate the stay of its own employees after a lapse of nearly 6 months, IHC had imposed stay somewhere in July this year. Now consider my following hypothesis:

I see NAC bill as deep ditch and time as a slippery road. Our recruitment is like a hapless child and NAB is its dying powerless guardian. These two petitions are acting as pushing force. This road is the distance between the hapless child and the ditch. The pushing force has been pushing the unlucky child all the way through this slippery road that the child is terribly getting closer to slip into this fatal ditch for good, and its guardian is behaving like a spectator because it is worried about its own death: the NAC Bill.

This hypothetical scenario is very scary and reflective of what is going on. It is meant for drawing your attention to the reality.

But if Allah has written this job in our destiny then NO stay order or NAC bill can change it.

Absolutely right. No one can stop us from this job, if Allah wishes.

The problem is that this is a merit-based selection. Had there been a political involvement or a minister quota, the politicians would have screwed the chairman to resolve all issues with the failures and current NAB employees to make way for jobs for politicians' offsprings. The matter is still unresolved and tension persists because there is no politician's interest in these jobs. Merit ka Khuda he hafiz hy. Whenever, there is political government in Pakistan, merit suffers the most. Same is happening with us right now.

Can somebody please call and ask Mr. Mujahid about the expected date and status of this new stay order?

For you I just called him. He says after january 07, 2013. He says they can't proceed because of the stay. He says promotion board is next week.

Even if the result is declared, you must think twice about joining this dying organization.

Default Short-staffed NAB means corrupt officials go scot-free

ISLAMABAD: The country’s top corruption watchdog revealed that close to 400 civil servants embezzled around Rs300 billion during the past four years, but prosecution process against them remains snail-paced due to staff shortage.
Last month, NAB Chairman claimed that government departments were losing 10 to 12 billion rupees on a daily basis owing to corruption. Some Rs7.8 billion of the total embezzlement figure has been recovered, and investigation in most of the cases is in progress.
However, due to lack of manpower in the bureau, the prosecution process remained slow, said NAB spokesperson Zaffar Iqbal Khan. Some Rs300 billion of the embezzled amount can be readily recovered if action is taken against these personnel, he said.
Some 396 civil servants guilty of embezzling millions of rupees should be brought to justice, NAB told the Ministry of Law and Justice
