When I was small, I did small business to support myself. I started my first job as a sales assistant for Rs. 800 a month long time ago, and never shyed away from doing the pettiest work. The guys without jobs look around their surrondings and find work somewhere, i.e. shopping centre, hotels, restuarants, factories, banks and companies etc other than searching government jobs. Some may argue that the educated guys will find it difficult to work at lower level, but this is not an excuse. There was a security guard in my office, and he was doing CA, he had scheduled himself in a way that he was able to work, study and do other chores in his private life.

Finaly, my advice

Guys without job: should do something to disentangle themselves from this stigma of unemployment.

Guys with jobs: do not mess with your boss, and mind your business as usual . Work hard for further promotions.

Females: 1) married; take care of the children and husband. 2) unmarried; get married the soonest and stop search for ideal or better proposal

Rest: may come to Europe to enjoy snowfall. Don't forget to bring warm clothes, it is freezing cold here.

Jut sahab, I did not make fun of you. It was a friendly advice, never meant to ridicule.

It seems there is a big Game behind the present situation where NAB chairman has so openly and. Courageously critcized the Govt. for huge corruption, either he is trying to save NAB from this new NAC shosha by involving Media and other internation organization(Transparency International),or Zardari Sahb is palying some game with people within PPP who are thining to change their loyalties before next election.Whatsoever is the case,in present condition passing NAB bill won't be an easy task for the Govt. because even f it passed Court can be involed to make it null and void. Mr Chairman recent attitude and statement may either strenthen NAB or may backfire totally against him and NAB(being NAB not efficient enough to stop corruption in the country).
Hope for the best,In shaa Allah NAB bhi bach jai ga aur apni jobs bhi.

it is thoroughly disappointing that it is taking so long for NAB to induct their new employees. Why take the test and the interviews when you are uncertain about your own future? why raise the hopes of so many candidates. I work in probably the biggest company in Pakistan having 3 years of world wide experience, and am pretty sure all the candidates are capable in their own right, we dont deserve to be treated like this when xyz are inducted into government jobs by source and sifarish. I would not starve to death if I dont get the job but I will be disappointed as I was willing to go for half the pay of what I currently earn because I wanted to work for a higher cause.

Question

I don't know why you guys are loosing hope so early every government department takes its time in recruitment process even if process is not transparent and merit base. while this whole procedure is transparet as we as merit based so it will definitly take time. Dont you guys know the recruitment procedure of css. most reputable hiring process in pakistan for most presrigous jobs. if that proces can tak aproximately two years from date of advertisement to start of training, why cant nab take a year time. moreover css is condcted through a specialized examining department fpsc while nab is doing itself and it has already been working on 28% of its sttenght and they are involved in many other issues as wel. So let them take thier time and dont be and create panic. Hope for good as it the cahracteristic of a Muslim that he dont loose hope at all.

I agree. At least the candidates who are not selected, their miseries would end and those who are selected can be optimistic towards their future.

i second what you said!! that should be the spirit of all the candidates , just keep the fingers crossed and hope for the best instead of creating panic.
Although the delay is for the very reasons known to all of us but even in comparison to the normal course of Govt recruitment it can not be termed as "Delayed"

The sources said that the government is determined to get the two bills adopted during the current sessions of the National Assembly and Senate, which are supposed to adjourn sine die on the 20th and 21st of this month. The opposition will knock the doors of the superior judiciary in case both or either of the two is passed by the two houses, the sources said.
