Dear all I apologize for spreading this information about the date of hearing I conveyed what was told to me from the IHC computer section and today the same guy called from the IHC and told me that there was some misunderstanding at their office as the case was fixed for 22.01 and not for today I just told him the number of the petition and he told me the title and other related things
All the remaining info that I have been sharing is authentic as u can see that already I had said that the only issue was of stay from current employees, now again I have shared the date of 22.01 as conveyed from IHC.

All other information was first hand and was authentic and this date info was second hand but has been corrected. But as he has already made a mistake I shall not say that this is also authentic till the list of cases has been loaded to IHC website.

In addition to the above I will try and upload the order sheet tonight

I have no doubt over your intentions, dear. May be it was due to some mis communication as you pointed out. My friend works at NAB Quetta, he told me that there is no such hearing scheduled on 16th or 17th January. When I asked him about the date of hearing, he said, "I will communicate it to you later"
May be it is on 22nd January as Mr. Hassan pointed out. I will share the info as soon as I hear from my friend.

You will have to wait for the final result and that is subject to vacation of stay order.

As per my resource, date of hearing [22.01.2013]conveyed by Hassan Naqvi is confirmed. Now pray for stay vacation on the said date.

and it seems that the date has been confirmed from another source, anyhow look for http://ihc.gov.pk/causelist.html on Saturday evening to check on the updated list of cases to be put up for the hearing. Good luck guys, fingers crossed

dear the petition copy that u hv uploaded prays against recruitment in grade 17 above then as to why JIOs are not being given offer letters??? any explanantion

Dear all , having read the petition it has been concluded that the prayer made to the court does not challenge recruitment in grade -16 jio. But it has challenged grade 17 and above recruitment ....so what r u guys waiting for ......zaher se baat hai k jio aur above grade wale petitioners hai to to unhone to assistant director and above ko challenge kia h ........then what r u waiting for ....tamam log unity kare and kal nab ko call krke raise ur voice and agar positive response nh aata to write down to them and in the newspapers as well .... How long shall we suffer .....shout 4 ur rights.....

The Honorable Judge Sahab Bahadur has granted a stay, copy of which I am displaying again,

In the C.M 2 OF 2012 IN W.P 2535/2012, The Honorable Judge Sahib Bahadur has clearly stated that no final orders against the "ADVERTISED POSTS" meaning thereby, that all the posts are under a stay, and yes it has not been prayed for in the petition but has been granted, what can one say on it, but yes, it can be vacated on arguments before the Court. So i think that makes it pretty much clear for the JIO as well as a brother above who was asking about grade 14.
