I was the counsel for ecp in that case and a 17 grade ecp officer was deputed with me for assistance. As for the ihc case hearing my friend lawyer over there is busy somewhere else so i am trying to get to it through some other source. Btw it would have been easier if some candidate from isb could go to the court and get first early hand info.

Anyhow am on to it with everything i have and shall be updating u asa i get anything

Comments filled by NAB have not been attached with the file hence direction to NAB to file comments and the counsel for the petitioners requests to adjourned the matter for arguments on main write petition.

Means the case adjourned till 30.1.2013. This is the little detail that the lawyer sitting in the Court room text me, waiting for his call for a detail of it. But the main thing is the case is adjourned for the date given above.

The ecp guy has still to update.

It's a confirmed news that there is not going to be any settlementtlement between the NAB and the petitioner employees. The matter is to be decided by the court now, whenever and whatever it decides will decide the future of recruitment. All this can be verified from the sources in NAB.
