the orders of ECP wont affect our recruitment as my friend received his appointment letter today for fata Secretariat as logistics officer. but this is true that nab is facing many hurdles nowadays. main thing is the stay by IHC and what the IHC orders in the hearing day after tomorrow.

You are very much right. Court will get official response and hear both parties. It will take some time to get the stay vacated. In addition, ban imposed by election commission will digest 4 months approx. if NAB obeys E.C's orders. Turbulence there at NAB due to Kamran Faisal will also take its share. There is also a snake called NAC at assembly floor waiting for right time to strike. Chairman also has to defend himself for his acute position. WOW.........
Is there any other issue missing?

Yeah situation is not good at all but still everyone can hope that Court vacates the stay after receiving plausible reply from NAB and result is announced. As ECP's order are for newly advertised posts and death of Kamran Faisal was not due to this recruitment, NAB cant stop working due to that unfortunate incident.

Situation is getting bleak day by day. I was just reading daily jang and the paper is bombarding nab high ups especially Chairman and DG HR. Now Nab is in troubled waters. Recruitment is going to be delayed as a consequence.
