I cant understand what type of organization is NAB?? It is core responsibility of the org to arrange accomodation during trainings..even private companies follow this norm, but NAB itself wants the best of the best officers, but when we reffer to its offer letters and terms n conditions, we found us in a very needy n blackmailed type position..
No accomodation, pure temporary, 5 years bond, half salary during training, 10 months training with hi-fi dress code, strict conditions during training...
What the hell is all of this??? I think, these jobs are for those who dont need jobs at all or they in need of utmost job...

I have not received the letter yet. Half salary thing is quite disappointing, is it mentioned in the offer letter?

No, its not mentioned on offer letter..but on pre-job trainings, trainees are not entitled for full salary.. I may be wrong but in SBP, no full salary is given, however, SBP provides hostel facility..

I am also confused and going for some legal opinion on terms and conditions.How can we manage in 15to20 away from our home. What about our security? where shall we stand after an year?what if they will extend the prob period?

Comast university is located in suburbs of Islamabad, and the nearby area looks almost Katchiabadi. You can get a two-bedroom house with DD, the rent range is Rs.10000 to 15000 depending on its condition and location. Do not forget when 360 people search for accommodation, it will be a bonanza for the landlords and rent will shoot. Let say two people rent a house together for Rs.12000 and hire a servant for cooking and maintenance with his/her salary Rs.10,000. Rs.3000 for utilities and 10000 for food for a month, the total cost is 35000 for two persons. I think it is not a big deal dividing 17500/person.

With regard to utencils, furniture and bed, you can buy used stuff from olx pind and Islamabad. The hostels are ready to live and everything is provided there, but they are terrible. At least I will not live there unless I have no other options at all. Again you decide what you want; comfort or cost.

It is very simple. If you think the terms and conditions are not acceptable, you better decline the offer, someone else who needs a job will embrace it.

I confirmed it long way back from Mr. Mujahid Baloach that Full salary will be given during training and Rs. 15000/- per month rent will be given for accomodation inaddition to salary.
