I called Mr Liaqat Ali in NAb on his mobile number... The Numbers are given on the last page of joining instructions.. I asked him the following things
1: Format of Character certificate: He replied their is no format for character certificate
2: How and where to send acceptance letter: He replied to the address given on your offer letter of the person whose signature are on your offer letter
3: About salary he said only 15% NAB allowance will be given to you and no other allowances....
I am afraid that salary will be very low during training

People are asking same question of BOND Issue again and again. It is once again clarified that NAB will enforce this 5 year agreement strictly. NAB will not allow anyone to leave the job due to any reason such as CSS interview, study exams or job in any other organization. If someone is thinking that he / she can left the job easily then he / she is living in FOOLS world. He / she has to pay all the expenses of training which is approx 2 to 2.5 lac. experience certificate will also be not given to them. People are thinking that like BANKS MTO job, here the BOND will also have no value but they are wrong. It is NAB and not the BANKS my frnds.
2nd thing is salary during training. SO salary of AD is 16000 + 15% NAB allowance only.
3rd they can post you anywhere like KARACHI or QUETTA and the law & order situation of these cities is also worst. SO get ready to face the ,,,,,, dhamakas.
I donot really want to make anyone worried but we must also consider the dark part of the picture as well.

what if someone wants to leave during training and intentionally score less then 50 in two consecutive tests, will they keep their words and terminate them immediately with no bond amount (as termination will be initiated from their side )

u mean we will be getting 16000+3400 (@15%) = 18400 for 7 months during training with no accommodation arrangement, no Ta/DA by NAB, and desspite this they want us to be present at 8.30 till 4+ pm daily and further expecting atleast 50% score in each test, blah blah rules and regulations...
do they really want to hire us or is it a practical joke

Hahaha, Miss ALi, you are so smart. If someone intentionally score less then 50 in two consecutive tests then i think he or she will be terminated and in that case there will be no BOND issue but i want to say that why someone will act like that. If he / she is not interested then why he is going for this job. Don't join it so that any one else who is in extreme need of it can join it. My above information was given to me by my source Director (NAB).
Yes salary during training is always low, we have to manage it by ourselve. 7 months takleef k bad kuch marham mil jaye ga jub full salary mil jaye gi nearly Rs. 37,400 /-.

i take ur "smart" comment as compliment, even though it didnt feel that way,

i meant to say if someone is expecting for results from some other /better organization but at the sametym dont want to miss NAB opportunity in case they dont get the other opportunity they r waiting for, they will definitely join nab n after getting their desired results in coming months they ll try to score below 50 in nab tests (i hope i made my point clear).

n you are right, that salary is always low during training but only when the organization is arranging all required facilities to trainees, for females i think it wont be a big problem, but consider all those male candidates who have to financially support their families, do u think they ll join this training when instead of getting salary they ll need to ask for extra funds from their family to support their own personal expenses during training, n in such condition how do u think they will grab anything taught during training

Help needed
Guys hope all of you are fine. I am facing a problem that I haven,t received the letter yet and when I intimated this to Mr. Liaqat Ali ( AD coordination) , he told me to send acceptance even though letter fails to reach me. Now the question is How can I send acceptance without letter and How can I get the medical without the Letter. Anyone of you facing the same situation?
