All those who think they have been subjected to NTS's unfairness, please file cases against NTS directors or NTS in the respective Honorable High Courts of their provinces. NTS is shameless and up to limitless injustice. I want to know what NTS did with the "Objection Form" it put on its website to fool the candidates about its "fairness". The aggrieved party in this case is a jobless person. Jobless persons are, small wonder, committing suicides. Seek how much tax NTS or its directors have paid to the government under the Freedom of Information Act. If FBR shies away from disclosure, contact me, I will provide the relevant case laws of Inland Revenue Appellate Tribunal and superior courts that bind FBR to disclose information in public interest.

Advice To All Those Who Are Blaming NTS for Unfairness, I Have Only Questions If You Would Have Scored 73 Plus Score, In That Case Today You Would Have Not Blaming NTS. Just Work On Yourself And Be Well-Prepared Next Time. With Blaming You Will Just Waste Your Time and No Gain

In psychological test may be an outline provided to complete the story. like

Ali, a barber in Baghdad__Hassan, a wood-seller__Hassan brings Ali load of wood on a donkey__they bargain about the price__at last Ali offers so much for "all the wood on the donkey's back"__Hassan protests__quarrel__Ali seizes saddle and drives Hassan away with blows_Hassan appeals to Khalif__Khaif gives him advice__some days later Hassan goes to Ali's shop__ask Ali to shave him and a friend for so much__Ali agree__shaves Hassan first__"Where is your friend?"__"otside"__ Hassan fetches in his donkey__Ali refuses to shave donkey__drives Hassan away__Hassan reports to Khalif__Khalif sends for Ali__forces him to fulful his bargain__Ali has to shave Hassan' friend, the donkey, before all the courtiers__great laughter, and shame for Ali.

Ali, a barber by occupation, resides in Baghdad. One morning, he was departing for shop,
"we are running out of woods for cooking and you must arrange fresh supply", his wife said.

He replied, "its not possible for him to go to jungle and cut the woods and brought back them home", as there was great hustle at shop those days, "but I would asked my friend, a wood seller, Hassan" and left the house.
On his way to shop, Ali sight Hassan. He made order for woods. At evening, Hassan, brought a laden donkey with woods to Ali and said, "it would cost you 500 Dinars".
"Its too much", Ali replied, and asked him if they could negotiate on price. Hassan agreed. After five minutes Hassan agreed on exchange 400 Dirnars for laden woods.

Ali paid 400 Dinars and Hassan unladen the woods. He was about to leave Ali, "I'm also the owner of donkey's wooden saddle", Ali said, "and you must not carry it with you".
Hassan astonished over silly demand and tried to convince him by fair means but Ali forced him to leave the wooden saddle as he had also paid for it.
Hassan filed appeal with Khalifa. After learning tail form Hassan, khalifa gave him a plan to gave it a fair deal.
After few days, Hassan went to Ali's shop and said, "Ali could you please shave my friend and me for 10 Denars".
"Certainly", Ali replied promptly.
He shaved him and asked, "where is your friend".
"Outside", Hassan replied in such a light tone.
Ali: call him so I could shave your friend.
Hassan brought his donkey in shop.
Ali: what's this insane. This is donkey and I cannot shave it.
Hassan again filled apeall with Khalifa. Khalifa summoned Ali to show cause for refusal. Ali appeared before Khalifa and told the tail.
After deliberating, for a while, Khalifa ordered, "Ali you must shave Hassan friend donkey as part of agreement, before all courtiers". Ali protested before Khalifa. Khalifa, "How its possible to claim for donkey wooden saddle which is part and parcel for transporting wood". Ali was looked helped less and left with no option to shave donkey. While he was shaving donkey, courtiers was laughing at him.
Laughter of courtiers was clearly indicating that he tired to outsmart Hassan, however, its was his own instinct that cause such a shame.

last time i heard there was no descriptive test, just psychological test and then interview.
i think its a good addition, people who are 5 to 6 marks behind the toppers have a fair opportunity to compensate there.
psychological test has no marking as i am told, its either pass or fail.

there will only be a psychological test with one sheet requiring for answers in Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. This sheet will be computerized sheet with circles to fill. after a break another sheet with few blank papers will be given in which there will be some personality assessment questions in descriptive format. You will not be asked to write essay/precis or paragaraph, etc.
Written marks have the utmost edge provided they just qualify the psychological test. If the toppers qualified this test then there will be no chance for those down the merit ladder. If some toppers tumbled in the test then those down the list may get a chance. Interview is only a formality and 1 against 1 seat will be called. Thus if 10 candidates have been called against 1 seat in psychological test then 9 of them will be rejected for interview.
