1:1 doesn't seems logical. if someone won't go for interview or anyone will not join afterwards then some seats might go vacant and I don't think NAB will again constitute a committee for filling the vacant positions. The ratio is certainly more than one per seat.

Interviews are to be completed in almost a month. 1:1 is not logical. Further with serial # or page # we can not draw a conclusion about # of candidates called in. After psychological testing how cum they select 1:5 suppose there was only a seat for DD 10 candidates appeared in psychological testing 6 failed to pass now how could they call 5 on 1 seat.

The reference number and page number does carry some meaning. It will be more clearer if various candidates share these both numbers, the pattern can be concluded to some extent.

If we assume NAB has called the candidates with 1:1 ratio. would the Departmental Selection Committee spend two days for interviewing only these 25 candidates? It means the ratio is more than 1:1. its around 1:5 ratio as per circular of establishment division.

Regards
According to the circular if the ratio is 1:5 then for 25 seats of punjab they will have to interview 125 candidates in two days which means 62/63 candidates per day. Now if they interview 5 candidates for one seat then definitely the interview will be at least more than half an hour in order to make some judgment. If on average one candidate takes 30 mins and that too without wasting even a single minute (5 mins are minimally consumed between two candidates) then 62 candidates will require 31 hours per day. I think this is totally irrational and it doesn't make any sense atleast to me.
Interviewing even 25 candidates per day is a tough job. Lets see what happens.
