Does any one have any information regarding the announcement of final result of AD?
furthermore, if every candidate had a short interview, not exceeding 10 minutes, is it safe to assume that candidates having marks greater than 80 would be surely selected?. Please share your thoughts. Regards, Quote:
Circular shared previously on this forum clearly stated that final selection would be based on seventy percent written test score and thirty percent interview. Now we all know that interview was nothing more than a formality. They only allocated five minutes to each candidate and no genuine assessment is possible in five minutes. How do you happen to know about new selection criteria? Kindly share as you are the most informed candidate Last edited by incounternable; Monday, June 22, 2015 at 04:13 PM. Reason: merged |

5 to 10 minutes are more than enough for a final panel interview. I have been through 3 Final panel interviews in some MNCs during my 3 year work experience including the recent one in the company I am working. All panel interview in finals were hardly more than 10min. They usually check your passion, body language, communication skills and articulation of arguments keeping in view the short span of time. And yes do keep in view the likeability factor also plays an important role. 10min are more than enough to judge whether a person is a "Good Fit" or not. Cheers!!

Even a candidate returning after his interview just few numbers before me also said that its a mere chit chat. However, my experience is different... They asked me number of questions ranging from my introduction, to educational background and importantly related to to my professional experience (Law). And I think my interview took longer than number of candidiates..! P.S. Hussain Qureshi brother I was thinking that we might meet that day but missed the opertunity. And O BTW, about result, let me tell you that it will be declared within this Holy Month i.e. Ramazaul Mubarak. In Sha Allah. |

If we segregate the 30% marks carrying by the interview panel. it would be as follows: 1. relevant Qualification / Experience : 9 Marks 2. Knowledge / Skill relevance : 12 Marks 3. Personality / Interpersonal communication Skills: 9 marks The 9 marks of relevant Qualification / Experience would be awarded on certain formula. What i perceive from the short span interview the panel is only deciding the 9 marks of Personality / Interpersonal communication skills during this 5 mins discussion. Regards Quote:

As far as my experience is concerned, interviewers were not much interested in assessing my personality. Rather they were in a mood of getting rid of the task assigned to them. And I am in top ten as per initial test score. All the candidates who had greater marks than me had similar interview experience.

This 70:30 ratio thing and impact of interview appears to be only speculative in nature. Things will clear only as and when the result will be declared. So best wishes to every one who appeared in interview irrespective of the post against which he/she appeared.
