What about document verification? Do they allow to sit for interview without verified documents

i was there too. And i second Mr. Haq, it was not technical nor it was subject relevant. I am not sure about formality thing. I believe they are not supposed to check our subject knowledge as DD is relatively a senior position to ad's and jios. Overall it seems everyone went through this type of interview. against 17 seats only 44 candidates were called.

What about 5 years experience at post of BPS-17. Did they ask?
If it is their basic requirement then i think most of the candidates will be straight away disqualified.

Yes they asked about 5 years post qualification experience in BPS 17. 5 years post qualification experience equivalent to BPS 17 was a prerequisite for dd post

They did not asked any thing about subject. It was a grnal gupshup. One thing which they asked mostly was your current job practice. How you work there what you do.

Means candidates with private experience don't qualify.
