Just talked to the HR in NEPRA, they told me that although this post is permanent but is not pensionable. For AD post, the Lum sum salary is around 73k. House Hiring facility is not available. Medical Benefit is available for some Panel Hospital. So better think before joining or leaving you current job for this post.
Regarding the interview, I dont think they would call 50 people for one post of AD(IT). A maximum of 7-10 people(top on merit) would be called.

i had interview on 5th December, in my opinion it was just a joke with the candidates, 63 candidates were called against 4 seats of AD tariff, 51 against 1 seat of AD IT, no technical question were asked, they were just fulfilling the formality of interview by just asking about father's occupation, any experience regarding any job done....and thats it.........

Default Final Selection for Assistant Director(IT) NEPRA!!!
Any news about when NEPRA authorities going to announce final result of interviews? I had interview on 5th December, 2013 for assistant director(IT) position which was not much technical. They asked about, my introduction, professional experience. then they asked whether I can manage their network, Database system using oracle and sharepoint server etc.

Plz share your interview experience and any useful information.

Against one position of AD General, there were more than 50 candidates for interview at NEPRA Islamabad today. How they are going to calculate merit?

and against one position of AD(IT) there were 51 candidates and for 4 positions of AD Tarrif there were 64
