Usually at most 5 candidates are called against one position in Public Service Commission exams. What can be reason(s) to call this much of candidates

My Interview of AD General was not more then two minutes.they called 100 candidates agasinst three Vacancies .I dont understand logic behind this. I think it was just a wastage of time.Attitude of interviewers was non professional.just asked to introduce yourself and and job experience.

Interview result may be announced within 20 days as per information given by Ad General already serving in NEPRA.

Default Interview at NEPRA for AD-IT
Guys.............

I have also given the interview for AD(IT) on Dec-5. Before my interview, I asked one of their HR personnel about why 51 people were called for interview against 1 post. He replied me that we recommended 5 persons against 1 post but you know that this is Pakistan and the higher management just makes its own decisions and blah blah...

My interview spanned 8-10 minutes and they asked me about Qualification/Experiences etc. It looked like they were more interested in someone who can work with Sharepoint Server, Oracle and manage IBM Blade servers etc.

My interview went ok and before I left the interview room, I asked them how long will it take them to make the decision, which they replied as one week. Lets wait and hope for the best....
