Can you mention some of the perks and privileges that a Custom Inspector enjoys? As far as I have heard, the only difference between Custom and ASF Inspector positions is that the former allows for corruption, while the latter doesn't.

I am posted at Lahore Airport. Here the custom inspectors are posted at International Hold Baggage Search Counter. They don't have any separate offices. They sit on ordinary seats, just like ASF inspectors do. There are a number of inspectors deployed at the same point. They have to do the Baggage Search themselves. While we at ASF have just one inspector at one point, who is the post commander, and most of the menial work like search is done by our subordinates. Inspectors just sit and supervise. What do you say?

hmm you are right, but it depends on place where the inspectors are posted, at airport may be the situation likewise you are telling.

(2) 5 years general age relaxation over and above any one of the above age relaxations.

is there any relaxation in hight...infact my hight is 5'50" and the requirement is 5'6". whether i should apply,?
