Dear @Moon I have not gone through the book you have mentioned, however If you are satisfied with its content keeping in view the past papers, it is fine otherwise the recommended one is Carvan GK by Ch.Najib (For every kind of test) .It contains almost all the things one needs to prepare for the test. There are many books in the market with the same course contents anyway. But again preferrable is Carvan GK as it has minimum mistakes.

You can find many online sources or material online for test preparation but no source is complete and fulfill the requirements of preparation. However you can search the General knowledge section of CSS Forum. There you will find much of your desired material.

i have submitted the test fee in NBP main branch karachi and they submitted the fee online and did n't use the fpsc challan and also give me online receipt of the fee.i called fpsc office and they told me its ok but when i mail them and asked about this receipt they replied in negative..and said online fee submission is not acceptable..so please tell me wheather it will be accepted or not if any one you submitted online fee in nbp in past then please tell me and give me exact information

If Carvan GK has many misstake then how we can buy???is there any other one gud book for preprations?

Buy Jahangir World Time(JWT) Encyclopedia (updated edition) its very useful and doesn't posses any errors or mistakes. May be it contains a few mistakes but i dont have found any. JWT books are specially for commission based examination so one should buy this book for every kind of test. But also consult other books of GK. I have prepared from this book and feeling improved.
