Both are almost same. Preventive officers mostly work at lahore and khi airports and deal sea customs. While inspector is more open post.

you are talking about preventive officer, even customs clerk is better than DD ASF. (please don't mind it) ..of course, ASF k kisi b rank sy preventive officer behtar hy..

Guys Customs jobs are better than many many other jobs. So don't judge them so harshly and prepare yourself for interview. But I you want best then Grind your loins (Kamar kuss loo) and attempt CSS.

what can i do to give proof to FPSC regarding MS Office...i have been using Ms Office for the past many years and am very good in it but i haven't attend any academy to obtain a diploma...any help????

Do we have to take complete medical checkup from some govt hospital or Just height and Chest measurements for minimum physical requirement? Please guide

just a certificate in which your height and chest is mentioned from any tehsil or district hospital

Attention all

I have never discouraged anyone. FBR jobs are better than other grade 16 and even some grade 17 jobs . However, the greatest negative aspect is the lack of promotions. An officer inducted in grade 16 would be retired in the same grade. Who would desire to retire in the same grade even after serving for three decades? In fact, none. Jealousy factor also matters. For instance, my friend got selected in PCS a year ago. After 5 years, he would be in bs 18, i would be in the same grade. After 10 years, he would get bs 19 while i would be in the same grade.. After 20 years he would be in 20 or so and still I would be in 16. sheer injustice .. I have applied for these posts, thinking to join for time being if got selected but will resign after completion of my phd.
