Only one candidate is called for hearing on 22 dec 2015 at 10.30am. Yes the result is near then may be january. My wild guess
Before result they call candidate jinka koi masla hota hay in degree or form or anything else for personal hearing

When FPSC rejects your candidature on the basis of advertised conditions or any other reason, you have the right to lodge an appeal to FPSC. This is called REPRESENTATION.In Representation , you write about validity of your candidature with supported documents ( if any ). After reception of your written representation , FPSC will fix a date to hear your stance in person before a panel of Members of FPSC just like interview. When you appear before the panel and explain your self, this is called PERSONAL HEARING.....copy and pasted

I explain my answer,if fpsc ask ba/bsc in economics bcom student can also apply economics is a minor subject in bcom but proper in ba/bsc.bcom student pass the test.then pre interview called personal hearing
