I think we should send our docx along with emailed bio-data form. This is the reason they have sent the bio-data from along with email. We must send our documents without any delay ... i recommend all to send their documents. This makes no difference whether you are sending this emailed bio-data form or the dispatched one.

Bro one of my friends who has passed Preventive Officer test, he is an engineer by profession. He confirmed it from FPSC. B.E. and BSc. Engineering both are equivalent and there is no need to produce any equivalence certificate. Even then if you want to confirm from FPSC, you may check for your satisfaction.

Exactly, the stamp shows the name of the officer along with his designation.

if name-stamp is available then fine,otherwise simple stamp along-with name manually written is also OK.

how to fill bio data form

what i write in Subject ???

i have 4 year degree .... in bio data form after maric inter in third row i mention my 4 year degree or in 4 row leaving 3 row

in course training i can write my internships during my bachelor degree ???? or only post qualification is applicable ??

No need to leave any box .... Just write your 4-year degree name in the box which is immediately after intermediate box..
In course training you can write your extra certification for example DIT, AutoCAD, DCBM...etc. It is optional. You may leave it blank
