Somebody can tell me about expected date of interview of appraising officer.
If any body could share info about job duties , perks and privileges , it will be highly appreciated.

FPSC has already issued interview plan of jobs upto mid march. So, A&V interview would be held approximately in June/July 2016.

On which grounds shortlisting will be done after fulfulling their requirements. ..kindly guide in case of appraiser

The merit list of eligible candidates, as per province/region will be prepared and top scorers will be shortlisted for interview. Estimated and bifurcated calculations (region wise) are:

Total seats allocated to regionals Quota = 210

As per FPSC policy... 3 candidates will be called against 1 post on regional quota i.e. 210 x 3 = 630

Bifurcation of Quota based vacancies and candidates for interview purpose:

Punjab :113 x 3= 339
Sindh(R) : 26 x 3 = 78
Sindh(U) : 17 x 3 = 51
KPK : 26 x 3 = 78
Balochistan : 14 x 3 = 42
GB FATA : 9 x 3 = 27
AJK : 5 x 3 = 15

Now FPSC has called 753 candidates for submission of documents (Quota based) and only 630, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview as per regional merit/marks and quota.

how much time it will take and whats the logic behind asking documents of 753 candidates if only 630 will be eligible to appear in interview in the end?

almost a year is required by FPSC to do recruitment of any vacancy from application submission to final selection list. i hope 6 months more wait

It depends on discretion of FPSC as they have to schedule and manage interviews. In recent cases, numbers of posts in different cases are unprecedented and much higher than ever before. Anyhow, It will take at least more than 2 months (around 3 months average time), from the date of announcement of result.

Note: Pre-selection of few of the cases: 196 Inspector Inland Revenues (Initial result was announced on 27-Nov-2015 and still no updates), 180 Preventive officers and 227 appraising/valuation officers are still in process and it will surely consume a large chunk of time.

logic for asking the documents from excess candidates is that most of the people were not eligible for the post yet they managed to score high. The reasons of rejection of such candidates may include.. overage, does not possess required qualification, failed to send documents with in stipulated time, domicile issue or the result was announced after the closing date. Now in the case of rejection of candidates at higher slots, the next candidates in line will be considered for interview stage... In this way, FPSC doesn't need to call for documents over and over again, so it saves time, for FPSC and candidates too.

Aoa..i have submitted my documents 5 days back..i m asi in FIA but couldn't get my experience letter intime..so i attached my service card instead of experience letter..is this sufficient...???
