Default Seniority of Candidates in BPS-17 Appointed Through KP Public Service Commission
The seniority of candidates appointed in BPS-17 in any government department upon the recommendations of KP Public Service Commission is determined on the basis of the overall merit score in the recruitment process or on the basis of who ever joins first?
Clarity needed.
