One thing i noticed that I have been dropped from open merit to provincial quota. Is there any privilege for open merit candidates ?

Those on the top will be promoted faster than those lower in the merit.

merit number will determine seniority only.... for purpose of promotion.

I received recommendation letter from FPSC . Does any body else received letter from fpsc? How much custom dept will take to issue finally recommended letter?
