Brother you must not get too distressed.Case of Askari Bank is differnt fronm NBP.I am sure you will recive call from Askari because its HR department is mamnged by professionals. In the case of NBP ,although its higher mangement of HR is competent but being a Govt bank its structure is a bit bureaucratic.Its processing of application is carried by clerical satff as in other governmental organisation.In spite of this ,i advise you to not lose heart and contact Nazir Ahmad Shaikh of IBP quite immidiatley.I am sure he will advise you better.

I am also the victim of same situation Miss Batool.

I have done B.E in computer system and did not get any info or call letter and as i see the list in IBP site , i am also not in the list.

I just want to ask :

Why such ediots are hired at NBP , they cant screen the right candidate how will they select and hire the right candidate. I feel good i did not get into the list of such bank which is so incompetent . and if you have some contacts to higher officials , please send my message to them .

Stop making fool to people and yourself. Every mankind has to answer his good or bad deeds at the day of judgement , what will they do then. what source would they hire to escape.

Brother instaed of showing outbrust you must contact either IBP or NBP.i respect your views but let me inform you that NBP's higher management consist of professional of calibre.MTs selection procedure is very much transparent.It is unjust to blame the whole organisation on a single incidence.

As for as your grievence is concerned ,it is genuine but the people handling your applications are constrainted to strictly follow certain rules especaily in Govt organisation.you might know that jobs announced through PPSC and FPSC donot consider an MBA equavalent to MCom though the syllabus of courses is almost same.The reason for this stuborness is a bureaucristic structure of these organisations.As eligibility criteria is set by top mangement ,normaly Board of directors , and these people are not acquinted to modern educational structure.Once they lay down the rules , the lower staff is required follow it strictly.It seems odd in the current scanrio ,but it has its merits as well.People follwing the criteria are given full chance of participation in recruitment process.Contrary to this, in private and forign banks, applications are processed with some pre concieved notions regarding universities.They only shortlist applicants from well reputed private universities while other application go to dust bin.

i would rather suggest you to right a mail to Mirza Abrar Baig and Nazir Ahamad Shaikh.If you can convey your grievences to them ,i am sure they will resolve your problem.

Initial salary of MTO is 30000/= along with 3 annual bonuses ,one performance and two Eid.
(Other allowance include free Medical for spouse ,children and parents , marriage allowance and Delivery allowance )

Staff Loan facility at subsidized rate (House Building,Car,Motorcycle and Computer)
End of service benefits: Medical and contributory PF


salary of AVP

Total Package exceeds 100000/=
along with 120 Litre Petrol
if posted BM then BM allowance(Rs 10000 PM almost)
almost 75000 PA Leav Fare Assistance
and other benfits.

NBP also provide a company maintained Vehicle to VP and above cadres.A VP get 1000 CC Cultus along with 200 Litre Petrol and 16000PA maintenance charges. Vehicle is written of after the period of 5 years and replaced with new one.The holder has the opportunity to purchase it from bank at Book value.

AVP can also get a vehicle if his /her functional title is entitled.Some AVPs are working as Regional Mangers /Audit Center Chiefs and in this capacity they are entitled to avail company maintained car.
However now other banks have changed the practice and instead of providing car they offer the employee to obtain a car of their choice and get it financed from that Bank .Then Bank pay the monthly installemnts of that vehcle.
