Abdul rahim v r right that the remedy available to the aggrieved person for appeal against acquittal is definitely High Court u/s 417 Cr PC, but on the same time if the case is instituted upon the complaint, the aggrieved person must seek leave to appeal from high court and if the leave to appeal is dismissed no appeal from that order of acquittal shall lie.

well dear if u are aiming at judiciary u have to adopt the civil practice for at least abt 2 years. it quite true that civil needs patience and in criminal practice u b able to earn quite early but in my opinion basic law is civil

Todays Question:
I have filed a private complaint u/s 200 CrPc to the court of sessions. An inquiry was initiated on the order of district judge, on receiving the result of inquiry my complaint was turned down.
Now i have filled a writ petition U/A 199 Constitution of Pakistan by making the respondents
1- The Session Judge
2- All those persons in my private complaint.

What discrepancy you see in my petition?
