@HR Rep,

Can you tell that what factors are taken into account for final merit of vacancies. Do they consider relevant education and experience also or just marks in test and interview? and does the interview panel takes part in final composition of result?

Someone from CAA told that CAA is not considering the candidates that have been interviewed against the last year vacancies and now they have created new vacancies. I just check and sure enough there is an advertisement.

I don't know if these are new vacancies or the same one where they will consider new candidates. Can someone from CAA please confirm about the situation please?

Can you please tell the source of this info? because 2 days ago i called caa hr to ask about the result and they replied it is under process and will be compiled soon. they did not tell about not considering the interviews.

Relevant education is must and experience is plus point but if experience is not required and you are good enough you can be selected without experience and of course selection board / Interview panel have final say in selection process.

but if some one has relevant qualification like having license and related aviation experience, will he be preferred over other candidates without relevant experience?

Depends on your written test first and if a person is good enough and secures good position even if not experienced can be considered against posts where experience is not required . But as I said experience in relevant field is plus point

The reason of delay is usually because of hurdles face by HR almost every day such as Stay Orders, internal employees’ promotion and queries from high ups. Let me also make it clear that CAA has to obey the Govt instructions and when there is a ban on recruitment CAA cannot appoint anyone unless Govt gives us waiver. CAA works under Ministry of Defence and hence, request them for approval to lift ban on the basis of essential operational requirements. The Ministry of Defence then forwards CAA’s request to Govt of Pakistan which is time consuming process. So my request is please do not speculate about unconfirmed rumors unless you are 100 sure. I have tried my level best with my limited English to convince you guys.

p.s. I am a simple CAA worker in staff cadre.
Sir can you give any clue that which vacancies will be finalized first by CAA means AATCO PG-07 posts (which were anaounced on all over pakistan basis last year and their interviews are in orogress) or the vacancies on balochistan quota will be finalized first or bath at same time?? because some posts are of training at Hyderabad i-e AATCO, Areo drome fire fighter and E/M technician?? will their training session start at same time or separately??

you should try to improve your english and analytical skills and you will be easily through. study some general knowledge as well.
