You can do CSS in your 3rd Semester because you can cover your study work in first two semesters. After this only research work will be left. You can easily find time for preparation of CSS. Try to do M.Phil because if you will unlucky in CSS then you have another option.
Your subject selection is very good. Public Ad aur Statistics k baray mein kisi sy pata kr lena k ye scoring hein ya nhi? Mujhay in k baray mein itni info nhi hy..

Yes if you prepare each topic well from each and every aspect then you can get high marks.

well, you are from Punjab
I am also from Punjab

you are from punjab then must have known about PMS punjab Exam.

PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

its compulsory subjects are almost similar to css one's. plus addition of Urdu.

and in optional subjects I can choose one from Agri or botany.
there is no forestry

so I selected stat and public ad in this sense that i have same subjects for both exams

pms and css

and one thing more for stat
i have read this in agriculture
and it has more wide courses and application in pbg

and public administration
as i read this subject
i love this

some time there is wish in my mind to master in public Ad.

Its a good thing that you have to prepare same subjects for PMS and CSS.
I have also read experimental Stat as it is helpful in data analysis during research work. But in CSS paper of statistics is of 200 marks. It covers almost every topic. You can easily manage it if proper guidance is available to you. If any of your relatives or friends has done MSc in Statistics then they will be helpful for you. Best of Luck...
