That is a good point, but does IB also prefers secrecy since it is a civil intelligence agency

" Appear for test AD(OP) at Govt Comprehensive boys high school, Bosan Road Multan on 22 Jan. Bring original NIC at 10:30 am .CFM msg. receipt/ appearance via SMS. NCBMS"

I have just received a msg from same no. It goes like this.

" Test schedule on 22 Jan has been postponed. Fresh date will be intimated later. NCBMS"



Lets see .
Its all strange. Suddenly they do sms to conduct exam and do postponed as well. Its all very ambiguous and confusing. Any ways, good luck to all.
