nobody know from eobi or ncbms that when SC gives final aproval. Wait for next hearing of that case
any idea about next hearing of case in sc

Normally, 1 to 2 Month required for next SC hearing but itz expected that eobi will settle this issue may be within December.

dear matter will be now finally decided by the SC, and reguler procedur is that hearing will be in the MId of JAN 2013.

koi kuch bhi nahi bata sakta
kyu kay ab to supreme court ka decision kay bad he eobi ya ncbms kuch bata sakta hai
acording to my source letter decision kay next week he dispatch kar day gy.

Today at 11.00am I cal NCBMS,they told that they have complete the result process nd soon it will be handed over to EOBI, when i ask abt EOBI case IN SC, they said that they dnt know any thing about this, its matter of EOBI.

one of my source in eobi told me that appointment letter dispatched after 15 december and when i ask him about case in supreme court issue , he replied that it is the seprate issue of previous appointments , it,s mean no body is ready to provide actual information. so dear friends lets see , what,s going to happen .
