Today another most reliable source inform me ,that no appointment will be made until Disposal of the pending Writ by SC. U should confirm by Ur sources.

No such news i heard.
Hitherto, no confirmation of the news has been received too.
According to my information, department wants appointment letters issued within December but still has not given caution to NCBMS.
