Surely,all the candidates would be called because psychological test is in steps in which many candidates would fail.

You must be kidding, how its is possible that candidates of CSS are going to be preferred for this test? Every sane person knows this that CSS exam is held by FPSC and this test was conducted by NTS. Three words for you: "Grow up dude."

Yes it makes no sense to say CSS candidates will be preferred. One should never give up using his brains as much as he can.
