He was JIO. Sarfaraz sab I have secured 61 marks in JIO test and belong to KPK. any chances for interview?

To be honest I am out of touch with the current recruitment process. Don't know if the psychological test will be conducted by NAB itself or NTS. If its NAB then expect story writing on given picture, puzzles, incomplete sentences etc...somewhat similar to css psychological written part. Then comes your final interview. So you should know the basics like definition of corruption, kinds of corruption, definition of white collars crime, difference b/w white collar and blue collar crime, difference b/w investigation and interrogation etc. Also expect questions regarding the reason to join NAB, relative experience, educational qualifications, achievements etcetera.

No practical difference b/w AD (investigation) and Investigation Officer (IO).. just the difference in nomenclature.

Btw overconfidence causes people to overestimate their knowledge.. JIO is BPS-16 post in NAB. Whereas, IO is a BPS-17 post. I served as AD inv. aka IO.

I read yo interview in jehangir times monthly magazine regarding your previous post and thought it would be JIO

When i applied for NAB, there was no NTS thing.. NAB itself conducted the test in its regional centres. Total score for written part was skimmed down to 30. And i managed to score 27 marks on that scale.

Can you please guide us about the department's working and its scope....How is the working environment in NAB? Does an officer get to work independently without any undue pressure? What are the chances of promotions if you perform well? Is NAB really powerful and respected? Would really appreciate if you could answer...

Dear All...NAB certainly conduct psychological test and the min. passing marks in NTS test is 50..100 percent confirmed as im responded by NTS staff on phone...So those who secured to obtain 50+ are surely be called for psy..so pl wait within couple of days picture will be cleared..
