i think, in case there is no degree then PASS Certificate with DOA is sufficient but don't know about FPSC policy .

same was the case with me..I called them nd told that I have applied for degree..I got my degree after interview and I gave interview without degree.They didn't make any issue with me.I dispatch my degree to fpsc after interview through mail. So dont wory.
