It is mere my personal opinion that they would not have kept some extra marks for experience. However, those interviewee who would be having experience , would definitely be having an edge. But still , it would be the performance in the interview which would be the decisive factor. I again maintain that it is mere my personal opinion based on my experience with many competitive exams .

Seems like candidates have got some time for the interview prep. how can an aspirant utilize her time best to prepare interview, please guide.

I also want to share some tips with you people regarding interviews:

1) Try to reach the venue within scheduled time, and get yourself familiar with surroundings.

2) Try to interact with other aspirants, this will boost your confidence.

3) Get dressed properly (most preferably two piece with tie) and wear neat and clean dress. Don't wear casual colored shirts like red, yellow etc, prefer blue color.

4) Be shaved or have your beard trimmed well.

5) Interview normally starts with introduction, and in the start don't tell them that they have your CV and they may know your name. Just start with your name and family ending with your distinctions, achievements and future goals. Try to avoid terms you are unaware of, because interviewer will take you to an uncharted territory of that particular term.

Hello Dear All,

I gave interview for Asia Gulf Power Services (TAPCO) Abu Dhabi UAE, 2000 MW power plant during last week of April 2013 for the position of Shift Engineer.

It was taken by

Mr. Jose Antanio Garcia (DMD-Deputy Managing Director)
Mr. Valadmir (Manager Commercial)
Mr. Ali Almarzouqi (Manager Planning)

Any bodyhave information, how much time, they will take more for the process?

Any Experiance?????
