I have come to know through reliable sources that Preselection process for the post of DAD Passports is gonna b announced in next fews days as the file is in final phase for approval before the competent authority so pray to Allah for preselection phase.

well afterall , Preselection case of DAD has been finalized and announced by FPSC. I have also been preselected thanks to Allah . Please give me some advice for its interview prepartion what to cover please thanks an early reply will highly be appreciated .

AOA dear , mery saath bhi easaa hee howa hai .. first selection list mai naam thaa .. aur Ab na hee selected candidates mai hai aur na rejected candidates mai ..

i think you had better contact FPSC but i think due to experience may b rejected but must have been mentioned in the rejected list with the reasons of rejection

My name was in 3rd one list in which 30 students were required to submit their documents. After my thorough research, none of the 30 candidates were found either in preselection or rejection names. Can we assume that another list for preselection would be uploaded or not. If not, then why fpsc required 30 candidates to submit their documents. what a hell is this!

There is something fishy in the proceedings of this case. Most of the short listed ones have been asked to submit fresh experience certificate although they have been pre selected on the basis of already submitted experience certificate.

So viewing these fishy situations around me, I have come to conclusion that I cannot find a job in any public sector despite of qualifying many tests and interviews as I dont have a back of person who can influence all these kind of jobs and opportunities.

Today especially i would like to share that no any fishy proceedings carried out in this case! It does not mean that i am saying because of being preselected in the instant case but rather i would say in this regard- the case preselction is delayed due to the target field experience being the prequisite by the Passport Deparment itself while giving FPSC requisition for floating advertisement as . Whereas fresh Experience certificate required even after being preselected is due to the reason that some of the shortlisted candidates failed to provide the complete experience data like in my case . I appeared in many FPSC tests but never had doubt in its merit system even after meeting in number of test but held myself responsible being reluctant in studies . So please never think like that as FPSC is only platform where one can have job in govt. org without any source or refernce .

Thanks for your suggestions for positive attitude and thinking, but I have some more bitter experience for Public Sector Organization jobs and there is always grey areas and you cant see anything through them positive.

I am thinking now not to apply for any such jobs and try mu luck in pvt sector or out of Pakistan.

This country is not made for its people and its for someone else.
