I don't think so, only relevant sections should be enough. Not sure though.

Dear All! All of you should go to the market and purchase the book containing MCQs for the lecturer post of Public Administration, though you can also consult Dr. sultan's book but then you'd still have a nieche in your preps. So Public Administration MCQs seems an agreeable option for you people. I attempted this test and found that quite easy for the in-service candidates. Anyhow, Good Luck!

i can not find "Secretariat Noting and Drafting" for punjab or pakistan.all i could find is this kind of document: ‘’N.W.F.P Manual of Secretariat Instructions,1989"
is this okay?
and for this "New System of Financial Control and Budgeting",i could find the 2006 version.any one found the latest one,or this one is the latest?
and same thing goes with me.what about personnel management?

The "New System of Financial Control & Budgeting, 2006" is the only version. There have been certain amendments in the Annexure of the System but these changes haven't been consolidated and the system hasn't been revised. So don't worry, go through this "System of Financial Control & Budgeting". You may download it online from the HEC's website...

A book for LLB part2, Civil Service Law by Aamir Qureshi may be helpful for the test.

I think test wasn't difficult. I hadn't gone through all course items even one time, otherwise I could be sure of getting high marks.

There were some mistakes, repetitions and goofy questions in paper...

Personnel Management questions were just like HR management in BBA/MBA courses, nothing special.

IT questions were from 1990s... but I guess that's fine for most folks.

If I get time and I can remember (I'm not much hopeful about it ) I will try to post the questions...
