Guys consider my ADVICE, avoid joining as jr-executive-1 (sps-7 is staff grade), unless you really need a job. The promotion to next grade i.e sps-8 is after 7-10 years approx and there is a bond of 3 years & surety of 3 lacs plus they wont allow you to apply, anywhere else through proper channel during bond period. Its better to wait and look for a more better job/opportunity. Also keep in mind that pay is around 50K (equal to bps-17), no one pays that much in start, decide accordingly.

It means they won't pay 50k to beginners in sps-7

Sher kalas brother, please tell one thing more. PAEC hired you as JE on contract basis? if yes then what are the chances to become regular?

Naah bro i am permanent/regular but that's not the point, the job itself is not worth it. i told you the needful rest you can decide.

Hi dear,
can you please share some details regarding Jr. Executive Accounts SPS -07
Regarding salary and other benefits???
Also please share that how much time normally PAEC takes for security clearance and joining after submission of security clearance forms???
