Yes they prefer some experience in IT field, PAF is better option to join in, PAF commission is better than Navy. Do mention your experience when ever you will fill the forms.

For accounts 5 guys are in 117 NGD.
30 in A&SD
7 in IT
10 GDMO
2 Medial specialist
8 Engineers
3 Education

Engg initial consists of two tests, intelligence and subject related
You must prepare intelligence as that is main hurdle. Most of failed one just cant clear this. Concern doger book or any other resource on internet etc
About subject related prepare control system, electronics, communication, and lookout for avionics related mcqs. Test mainly consists of these mcqs

But again prepare intelligence more, once that is cleared the second will go soundly

i have another query, those who are not recommended in issb once do they have the chance to get recommended in next time.
do they match the form filled by the applicant the first time and compare it to the next time or just the results

no it is not the case. selectors donot match with the previous. they discard previous result. only they know that you have applied once (previously) due to stamp on you matric degree. otherwise go with new hope and do your best there. tell them what thet ask having without worry that what they will say. be upright honest there.

Salam, bro i am still in academy, my advice is to apply in accounts there are few chances that A&SD may offer next time, so apply this time and give your best. Don't take risk this time. Apply by the name of ALLAH, you can take guideline from Irfan whether to apply in Accounts or Logistics.
