Alhamdulillah, Today I have cleared my intial (Intelligence and logistics) test.
Tests are not much difficult, or agar 50 to 60% questions bhi theek ho jain to test clear ho jata ha.
Logistics test for candidates having MBA degree, mainly consists of basic principals/terminologies/theories of Management and HRM, like management theories, POLCA, motivation theories, organizational structure, Job description and Job analysis, appraisal techniques, employee compensation, employee’s rights and rules etc.
Only issue is time constrain.
35 minutes for intelligence test and 40 minutes for academic test.
Is k liay mai ye suggest kron ga k jis question py lgy thora difficult ha ya time consuming ha, leave it and go for the next one. Agar akhir mai time bach jy to aap easily chorry ho questions kr skty hain. And one more thing at the end jin questions ky answers aap ko ni bhi aaty un ko blank na chorrain balky koi na koi jawab day hi dain, theek ho gya to bonus otherwise there is no negative marking.

No ISSB SSC mai nahin hota.Army aur Navy k SSC main hota hay but not in PAF.

Asslam u Alaikum..
i Have a Question About The Eligibility Criteria Of Paf..
They Say That a Person Screened Out Thrice In Any Of Armed Forces Preliminary Tests Is Not Eligible..
i First Applied For Army Medical Cadet In 2012 In Which My Written Test Was Not Cleared..
Then i Applied In GD(P) Branch Of Paf & Was Not Recommended In Issb..
Then Applied For Pma Long Course & i Was Further Selected For Issb After Interview..
Now i Had Again Applied For Army Medical Cadet & Now I'm Waiting For Merit List Of Candidates Selected For Issb..
The Question Is That i Want To Again Apply For GD(P) Branch.Can i Apply Again..?
Some People Say Your Chances Have Been Availed But As The Ineligibility Criteria Of Paf Says That Thrice Screened Out Cant Apply Which I'm Not..
