The answers here are not based on my information but on my understanding and common sense:

1. The criteria is that you must be recommended in initial interview for psychological test. I was said by the interviewer who was a wing commander i think that he is recommending me and I should wait for list after which they'll call me. However my cousin and another friend were not called for psychological test because they couldn't answer general knowledge questions.

2. Why are you guys not selected? How can I tell this.. You can call PAF center to know if you were short listed. Probably you didn't get well in initial interview.

3. I don't know about this. I don't think so. You can call PAF center and ask them the same thing. Probably the Lahore Center may not have conducted psychological test yet. You can call them and inquire it.

4. I exactly don't know but I think there were around 60 guys.

5. I don't think so.

You are not eligible, as per my understanding, because general criteria of height is that it must be at least 163 cm while your height is 160 cm. (1 foot = 12 inches, 1 inch is 2.54 cm approx) while for lecturers it is 164 cm. see this http://www.joinpaf.gov.pk/careers.php

I think these 20 shortlisted candidates are from Peshawar only. Silentcry can further clear this thing.

yes around 20 candidates were from Peshawar for A&SD Graduate Branch and around 4 for A&SD Civil Engineering !

no dear ! i mean from every center around 20 peoples were shortlisted for A&SD branch ! you have to get good marks to make sure your selection for psychological test ! i will tell you about my test that i was sure that i answered correctly 80-90 IQ questions and my academic test was super excellent because out of 25 questions of GK, i answered all 25 correctly and i was just unsure about 2 mcq's from English portion. so you can conclude from this that how people do well in Initial test

Suggestion is to practice as much as you can for IQ and also strengthen your GK as well ! try to ask about GK mcqs from others in A&SD Branch because academics mcq's are always repeated !

Aoa, fahad bhai.. i hav givn my initial intrview nd expectng for call for psychlogical test.. i need ur guidance how should i pass this test.. means wht preparations are required to pass this test.. kindly help me.
