hi
my cousin's DOB is 22 august 1991.Is he eligible for 134 PMA long course about to be announced in April ?

The upper and lower age limit for PMA Long Course is 17 & 22 years. As your cousin's Age is 22 year(s), 7 month(s), and 5 day(s) so sadly he is not eligible.

if he was himself a defense personnel(army,navy,air force), he would have got one year age relaxation.but in this case, being an army person son, he is not entitled for age relaxation.

24 years and graduation requirement is for short commission not for Long Course.

do you mean he can't get registered for PMA LONG course on the basis of his graduation ? is this 24 age limit just for short course ?
